Our diverse school community is made up of pupils from many backgrounds and we are committed to ensuring that the rich education we offer is available to as many children as possible. We understand that school fees are a significant investment for families and are focussed on affordability and providing forward-looking information to enable families to plan ahead.
Fees are paid monthly, usually by direct debit, from August to July of each academic year.
Termly Fees August 2026 – July 2027, including VAT (there are three terms per academic year)

An Innovative Forward-Looking Plan for Fees
Since it was established in 2007, careful financial management has ensured that the work of Heritage School rests on a secure financial footing. This enabled the purchase of Panton Hall in 2018 and the Brookside site in 2020. The school had healthy cash reserves and pupil numbers were at their highest since 2018 when the government introduced VAT on school fees and increased business rates for charitable independent schools in 2025.
From this position of strength, trustees have responded to these challenges with maximum sensitivity to parents within the bounds of responsible business management, which includes a commitment to wages that enable us to attract the high calibre staff who make Heritage so special. Toward that end, in September 2024 Trustees agreed a Five Year Plan for Fees to enable parents to plan ahead. The indicative fees were forecast on a 2% underlying rate of inflation, with planned increases in the final two years of the five year period of 3% for September 2027 and September 2028. Changes in inflation will most likely be reflected in fees, which will be confirmed in the usual way before the end of the Spring Term preceding the academic year in question. We are committed to keeping Heritage as affordable as possible for middle income families.

Bursaries are awarded to help make a Heritage education accessible to families who demonstrate a genuine need for financial assistance. These means-tested awards are intended to support children who would benefit from the unique learning environment at Heritage but may otherwise be unable to attend due to financial constraints.
Each bursary application is carefully reviewed to ensure that support is provided where it is most needed. We also offer temporary assistance to current pupils whose families are facing unexpected financial difficulties.
As a guide, the majority of bursaries awarded are in the range of 10 – 20%.
