Year 2 Visit the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology

A fascinating day at the Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology for our Year 2 pupils as part of their Enrichment Programme.

Through hands-on investigation and the opportunity to handle real artefacts, pupils discovered how archaeologists and anthropologists use objects to learn about people, cultures and histories from around the world.

During the session, the pupils had the opportunity to examine unique pieces that sparked plenty of curiosity and discussion. The visit provided a valuable opportunity for our pupils to engage directly with real objects, deepening their understanding of history and cultures.
