The HCA Summer Fete is back on Sunday, June 16th from 1pm to 4pm in Comberton! This isn’t just any fete – it’s a celebration of our school, our community, and all the amazing things that happen when we come together. Join us for an afternoon of fun, food, and festivities.
Want to be part of the magic? We’re looking for volunteers, contributions, dog show participants, and anyone with a hidden skill (think face painting extraordinaire or candy floss champion) to help make this year’s fete the best one yet. Opportunities are listed below.

Come Prepared
Get ready to have fun and open your wallets in support of our school.
- Tokens for 50p and £1 will be sold at the entry, to be used at individual class stalls. (This is a great way for younger children to roam independently without having to handle cash.)
- We cannot provide refunds for unused tokens.
- Outside vendors will charge separately and won’t accept tokens (see a list below).
- Card machines will be available; cash will also be accepted.

- Prizes for the Upper Prep raffle
- Soft toys for the Lower Prep Teddy Tombola
- Books for both adult and children for the Y6 book stall.
Drop off your donations in the bike shed. If you have books to donate, you can also contact Anna McDonald at anna.rob.mcd@mac.com to arrange a drop off.
