During this Enrichment session, the Red Cross delivered a very valuable and informative session on basic first aid to our Year 7 pupils. The pupils learned how to put an unconscious person in the recovery position, how to deliver basic CPR and how to help someone who is choking. They also looked at identifying different possible situations where people would need help, including falls, hypothermia, suspected breaks, and asthma.
