Sports Day Triumph for Blue Pegasus!

Sports Day proved once again to be a fantastic day for the whole school.  It was so lovely to see the Juniors watching the Seniors field events with amazement and then, an hour later, to see the Seniors cheering on the Juniors in their relays.  (Special congratulations go to Year 3, for having the best change-overs of the day in any relay!) Everyone worked really hard for their houses, but also supported those from other teams.  I was also delighted that due to the demand for the Year 2-4 optional 400m we had to hold two races – it was great to see how much the pupils like competing!

Many congratulations to the Blue Pegasus house, who scored the most points on the day.  However the House Shield for all inter-house activities over the whole year was won by the Red Dragons! I’m sure the Yellow Phoenix and Green Griffin teams will come back stronger next year!
